Interdime Software started because we kept meeting businesses whose CRM was the wrong shape for the work they did. A sales team would be wrestling a tool designed for a different industry, moving data between spreadsheets each morning, and nobody could say what the system was actually for. We decided to build the thing from the ground up instead, one client at a time.
That means we begin every project by learning the trade, not the software. We spend time with the people who will use the CRM daily, ask what they write down and why, and work out which of those habits are worth keeping. Only then do we sketch a data model, and we test it with them long before a line of code is written.
The clients who come to us tend to have outgrown spreadsheets but are not ready for an enterprise platform with a price tag to match. They want something that fits their processes, stays under their control, and can be extended as the business changes. That is the gap we fill, and it is why we keep the team small and the projects few.
We are based in the United Kingdom and operate as a limited company. Most of our work arrives by word of mouth from existing clients, which suits us, because it means we already understand the world the next project comes from. We would rather turn work down than take on something we cannot do properly.
If you get in touch, you will speak to the people who would build your system, not a sales team. We will tell you honestly whether a custom CRM is the right answer for your situation, and if it is not, we will say so.
